How long do I have to return my order?

You may return your order within 14 days of delivery for a refund. Once your return has been approved through our Returns Center, you’ll have 7 days to ship the item back to us.

What conditions do items need to be in?

Items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, with all tags attached, and placed back in their original packaging.

When will I receive my return?

Once your return has been received and approved by our Quality Assurance team, please allow up to 14 business days for your refund to be processed.

What if my item is missing or damaged?

If your order arrives damaged, or is marked as delivered but has not been received, please contact hello@apparis.com within 72 hours of delivery, including photos where applicable.

Do you accept returns from Canada?

Yes. However, please note that Canadian customers are responsible for all taxes, duties, and return shipping costs.

Can I exchange an item?

Yes. We are pleased to offer complimentary shipping on exchanges for another size or style. Please contact hello@apparis.com for assistance with your exchange.

Are sale items final sale?

Items purchased during our Black Friday Sale or discounted 25% or more (including with a discount code) are not eligible for a refund. They may be exchanged or returned for store credit only.

If your return does not meet these requirements, it will not be eligible for a refund. Our team will notify you via email, and you may choose to have the item sent back to you. A standard shipping fee will apply.

To initiate your return please click on the following link. Once you have completed the return process you will be issued a return label and a packing slip. Print it out, attach the shipping label to your package, place the packing slip inside, and drop it off at any UPS location.
