Returns & Exchanges
Holiday return policy: Any eligible items purchased after November 15th will be eligible for our extended holiday return policy. You will have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item for a credit card refund. You will have until January 15th, 2025 to exchange your item or process a store credit. If you would like to process an exchange or store credit outside of the 30 day refund window, please contact hello@apparis.com and we will assist.
All unworn, unused merchandise accompanied by the original purchase receipt can be returned for a full refund minus a $12.00 restocking fee. The original shipping cost is not included in the refund. We will not accept returns on orders arriving without tags. Once the return is processed on our returns center you will have 7 days to mail the order back for a refund.
Items must be returned to us in perfect condition. Make sure all items are exactly how you received them with tags still attached, and placed back in the original packaging. If the tags are removed, the item is not eligible for a refund and a $15 return shipping fee will be charged to the customer if they wish to receive the item back.
Once your return has been approved by our quality assurance team, please allow up to 14 business days for your return refund to be processed. If the item was damaged upon arrival or the order was marked as delivered and was not, please email hello@apparis.com with an image of the damage within 72 hours of receiving the item.
Canadian customers: All taxes, duties and return shipping costs are to be covered by the customer.
Exchanges: We offer free shipping for customers who are exchanging for another size of the item purchased or another style. Please reach out to hello@apparis.com to waive the $12 restocking fee if you place an exchange order.
Final sale (exchange only): Any item in the Black Friday Sale or discounted 25% or more (including the use of discount codes) can be exchanged or returned for store credit. It cannot be returned for a credit card refund. To start your return, visit returns.apparis.com
To initiate your return please click on the following link. Once you have completed the return process you will be issued a return label and a packing slip. Print it out, attach the shipping label to your package, place the packing slip inside, and drop it off at any UPS location.
