SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping Policy

Most of our orders are shipped within 2 business days of purchase, pending availability and credit verification. If your order has been listed as Pre-Order on the product page, your order will ship during the ship window listed on the product page. Once your order is shipped, we estimate you will receive your order within 3-8 business days of its ship date. Shipping times may vary, but rest assured we work our hardest to get you your order as quickly as possible.

Return Policy

We will gladly accept the return or the exchange of your items under the following conditions:

A return request for your order needs to be made within 14 days of your delivery date. 

After submitting your return request, you will automatically receive a shipping label via email. This label is valid for 7 days from the date of emission. If your order is not shipped back to us within 7 days, we consider the sale as final. No refund can be made after.

Products need to be in their original, unused, unaltered and unwashed condition, returned with their original tags attached and packaging.

Items that are discounted 25% or more are exchange only and cannot be returned for a full refund. Any items listed Final Sale cannot be exchanged or returned.

APPARIS reserves the right to reject returns which do not comply with our return and exchange policy. If shipped anyway, items will be sent back to the original shipping address.

Your refund should be processed within the next 5 business days, after we have received the merchandise in our warehouse.

To initiate your return please click on the following link. Once you have completed the return process you will be issued a return label and a packing slip. Print it out, attach the shipping label to your package, place the packing slip inside, and drop it off at any UPS location.
