Our pieces are made to last, and we hope you will handle them well. To ensure our pieces live for years to come, we recommend the following:

• Before storage, steam the garment from the inside out. Do not apply heat directly to faux fur or faux leather pieces. 

• Always store your outerwear in a garment bag to protect it from accumulating dust and fading from sunlight. 

• To re-fluff, we recommend vigorously shaking the product to help the pile come back to life.

• For small stains, we recommend spot cleaning using mild detergent diluted in warm water.

• For knitwear, we recommend washing by hand to preserve the yarn and feel.

Steaming pieces helps refresh pieces between wears and washes, and helps avoid unnecessary energy use from washing and drying.
