WHY SHOULD I SHOP ON reAPPARIS?
reAPPARIS is a way to shop sustainably and support our circular mission, by ensuring our pieces stay in circulation - and out of the landfill - for years to come.
WHAT CAN I FIND IN THE reAPPARIS COLLECTION?
You will find real APPARIS customers selling their pre-loved pieces.
HOW DO I PAY FOR A reAPPARIS ITEM?
You will pay via our secure checkout in the same way as with any APPARIS order. Simply "Add to Cart" and proceed through the checkout process as usual.
HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
We ask our sellers to fulfill your order within 3 business days. Your package will ship with a tracking number and typically will arrive within 3-5 days of being shipped.
CAN I RETURN MY reAPPARIS PURCHASE?
All reAPPARIS purchases are final sale, unless the item is not in the condition described by the seller. If that situation occurs, you can open a dispute once the item has been delivered to you. If we confirm the dispute, we will issue a refund and ask that you please return the item. If you have any questions or concerns, we are always available to help at hello@apparis.com.
WHAT SHOULD I DO WHEN I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Once your order has been delivered, you will receive an email to confirm and rate the product. Let us know if the item is up to the standards you expected. If yes, feel free to give your seller a great rating. If not, let us know within three days via the prompt in the email. One of our customer service representatives will be in touch with you.
CAN I BUY AN ITEM IF I DON’T LIVE IN THE UNITED STATES?
Not yet - reAPPARIS is powered by Recurate, which is not currently available to buyers outside of the US.

I WANT TO SELL ON reAPPARIS

HOW DO I SELL ON reAPPARIS?
1. Grab your Apparis piece and check for any notable signs of wear. If it’s still in good condition, please prepare the item for selling by following the care information on our website. If you wouldn’t purchase the item yourself in its current condition, please donate the item or take it to be recycled.

2. We suggest taking photos in natural light, resting on a flat surface, and if possible, on the body.

3. Head to apparis.com and sign in or create an account. Please note, you will only be able to access the reAPPARIS platform when logged into your APPARIS account.

4. List your item including the product name, condition and any other details that will help a buyer make a purchase (ex: how many times you’ve used the piece, fit notes, etc). If you don’t know the product name, search the style description on our website or reach out to our customer service team at hello@apparis.com.

5. Once your listing is approved by our team, buyers will be able to view it on our site.

6. If your piece is purchased, you will receive store credit to shop on apparis.com.
WHY SHOULD I SELL MY ITEMS ON reAPPARIS?
As part of our commitment to sustainability and our product, reAPPARIS is a way to give your Apparis pieces a new life. If your Apparis piece no longer feels like “you”, reAPPARIS allows you to recycle it responsibly. Not to mention, it's simple - you can list items straight from your order history.

Our goal is to give you the best value for your items. You will receive 100% of the selling price (in the form of store credit) of your items sold on reAPPARIS.
WHAT IF MY ITEM IS NOT IN MY PURCHASE HISTORY?
Not a problem! If you received an Apparis item as a gift, purchased from a third-party seller, or anywhere else, navigate into your Apparis account just as normal. When you see your purchase history, locate the button that says “SELL ANOTHER ITEM” and search our product catalog. Fill out the form and submit, we’ll take care of the rest! HOW SHOULD I TAKE PHOTOS OF MY ITEM?
Lay your item down on a flat surface (like a table or a bed) with a solid background. Take photos of the front, back and any details or imperfections on the item. If possible, please include a picture of the sewn-in tag at the neckline and/or the item's original hangtag if you still have it.
WHAT CAN I SELL ON reAPPARIS?
You can sell most Apparis products on reAPPARIS. Once approved, your item will be listed and available to shop through the platform.

Please note, pillows, slippers and face masks will not be accepted. Additionally, certain items from our current and core collections may not be approved to be sold at this time. Feel free to reach out to hello@apparis.com with any questions about your listing.
HOW SHOULD I PRICE MY ITEM?
We will give you a price recommendation based on the original price and condition. If you disagree with our recommendation, you're welcome to adjust it. However, this will be subject to modification during the approval prices.

Please note, a fixed amount will be added to your listing to cover shipping charges.
HOW IS MY PRODUCT APPROVED?
Our dedicated quality team reviews every item before it goes live. We want to make sure your buyer is happy.
- Your photos: so they are accurate and high quality
- Blemishes or quirks: to make sure they are accurately described
- The condition you selected: to make sure it accurately reflects the product
- The product: to make sure it is an authentic piece
WHEN WILL I BE PAID?
You, the seller, will be paid for your item after it has been delivered and received by the buyer. When USPS notifies us that the item has been delivered, the buyer has 3 days to confirm and rate the item. Once this happens, you will receive your payment in the form of Apparis store credit.
WHAT ARE THE FEES FOR SELLING MY ITEMS ON reAPPARIS?
Once your item is sold on reAPPARIS, you will receive 100% of the selling price in the form of store credit.
HOW DOES STORE CREDIT WORK?
Store credit is issued in the form of a gift card to apparis.com. Your gift card code will be sent to you via email after your item is sold. When you’re ready to redeem, enter the gift card code directly at checkout.

Please note, the gift card cannot be used towards a reAPPARIS purchase and is only valid on apparis.com.

HOW IS SHIPPING HANDLED?
You do not have to pay for shipping - a fixed amount will be added to your listing to cover shipping charges. Once your item has sold, you will receive a prepaid and pre-addressed shipping label via email and must send the item within 3 business days. If you have not shipped your item within 10 days, your transaction will be automatically canceled.
HOW SHOULD I PREPARE MY ITEM ONCE IT’S SOLD?
Ensure your item meets our selling guidelines (as noted under "HOW DO I SELL ON reAPPARIS?"). Make sure your pieces are laundered and all pockets are cleaned and emptied.

Please carefully and neatly pack your item, attach the prepaid shipping label and drop it off at the nearest USPS store. Feel free to include a personal thank you note to the buyer.
WHAT PACKAGING SHOULD I USE?
Your packaging should fit the size and shape of your item while keeping it protected. We encourage you to reuse packaging from previous purchases or recycled materials. Please note, you can use a USPS box, available for free at any post office.
