How do I sell my piece on reAPPARIS?
To start the process, contact customer support. You can find the online form here.
To get your piece listed on reAPPARIS, we will need the following information:
- Name of product.
- Original purchase date.
- Item's size.
- Photographs: See next section for photo requirements.
- Condition: Rate the condition of your piece from Fair, Good, Very Good, and Pristine. Note any issues including stains, imperfections etc.
- Number of wears: About how often did you wear the product? (etc: worn once, worn one season, etc)
We will not be able to list your item until you provide the above information. From there, we will assign the item a resale priced based on the above factors, and inform you once your piece has been listed.

Please take a clean shot of your item from the front and back, with minimal background objects and preferably laying down (ex: on a table or a bed) or on a hanger against a plain background.
If there are any imperfections on your piece, make sure include a photo with your detailed description. If possible please take a picture of the sewn-in tag at the neckline and/or the price tag if you still have it.

We accept outerwear and apparel on reAPPARIS. At this time we are not accepting home products, slippers, or accessories.

We will price your item based on the original price and condition.

Our dedicated quality team reviews every item before it goes live. We want to make sure your buyer is happy and your item sells. We review:
- Your pictures: so they are accurate and high quality.
- Blemishes or quirks: to make sure they are accurately described.
- The condition you selected: to make sure it accurately reflects your images.
- The product: to make sure it is an authentic piece.

You, as the seller, will only be paid for your item after it has been delivered and confirmed. When UPS notifies our system the item has been delivered, we will issue you a gift card for a payment in the form of 100% APPARIS store credit.

If you’re selling items, ensure it’s in it's best quality. Make sure your clothing is laundered and make sure there’s nothing left in any pockets. Write a note to your seller to include in your package. The best pieces come with their stories.

You will pay via our secure checkout in the same way as with any APPARIS order. Simply "Add to Cart" and proceed through the checkout as usual.

We ask our sellers to fulfill your order within 3 business days. The garment will ship with a tracking number, and typically arrives within 5-10 days of being shipped.

All pre-loved purchases are final unless the item is not in the condition described by the seller. If that situation occurs, you can email us and we will sort the issue out. We will need descriptions and photos of the issue. If we confirm the dispute, we will issue a refund and ask that you please return the item. We ship to both the United States and Canada as part of our reAPPARIS program.

As a Seller on reAPPARIS, you will receive 100% store credit for your item once sold.
How does the store credit work?
How does the store credit work?
We issue store credit as a gift card to be redeemed at APPARIS. You’ll receive the code via email upon selecting the credit option. When shopping with APPARIS again, select payment through a gift card and enter the code in the box. At this time Gift Cards are only valid on APPARIS purchases. NOTE: some gift cards may expire. Gift cards can be applied to multiple transactions.

Once your item has sold, you will receive a pre-paid, pre-addressed shipping label via email and must send the item within 3 business days. If you have not shipped your item within 10 days, your transaction will be canceled. You do not have to pay extra for shipping.
Pack your items along with their respective labels and a thank you note. Drop it in the mailbox or at the nearest UPS Post Office. You can also schedule a UPS pick up for your item.
Please carefully & neatly pack your item as best as you can.

Your packaging should fit the size and shape of your item while keeping it protected. We encourage you to reuse packaging from previous purchases or recycled materials.
