The Director of Marketing and Ecommerce leads the charge in crafting and executing bold marketing and e-commerce strategies for the brand. This role offers a rare chance for a talented marketer to make a direct and powerful impact on a young brand’s growth. There is one FT Direct report to the role.

Key tasks:

  • Create, present and implement the seasonal marketing calendar with a 360 approach
  • Develop and execute best in class product launches while developing programs to support & promote core products.
  • Create and oversee the marketing budget, and execute within budget confines.
  • Oversee and manage the brand’s website by developing and implementing strategies to increase online sales, optimizing the user experience and managing e-commerce platform and technology
  • Manage all performance channels either directly (emails, texts, influencers) or outsourced (affiliate and media agencies)

Qualifications:

  • 5 - 7 years of related experience preferably in fashion
  • Strong execution skills with a comfort level in entrepreneurial settings
  • Strategic thinker capable of building comprehensive strategies aligning with the company vision, while also being hands-on in execution
  • Constantly deliver new ideas/inspirations/new approaches to help foster conversation and evolution of the brand.
  • Demonstrated success in implementing tactics that drive growth on e-commerce platforms
  • Expert in Shopify Plus and in web analytics tools like Google Analytics, along with a robust understanding of SEO and digital marketing strategies
