All unworn, unused merchandise accompanied by the original purchase receipt can be returned for a full refund minus a $12.00 restocking fee within 14 days of delivery. The original shipping cost is not included in the refund. We will not accept returns on orders arriving without tags. Once the return is processed on our returns center you will have 7 days to mail the order back for a refund.

Items must be returned to us in perfect condition. Make sure all items are exactly how you received them with tags still attached, and placed back in the original packaging. If the tags are removed, the item is not eligible for a refund and a $15 return shipping fee will be charged to the customer if they wish to receive the item back.

Once your return has been approved by our quality assurance team, please allow up to 14 business days for your return refund to be processed. If the item was damaged upon arrival or the order was marked as delivered and was not, please email hello@apparis.com with an image of the damage within 72 hours of receiving the item.

Canadian customers: All taxes, duties and return shipping costs are to be covered by the customer.

Exchanges: We offer free shipping for customers who are exchanging for another size of the item purchased or another style. Please reach out to hello@apparis.com to waive the $12 restocking fee if you place an exchange order.

Final sale: Any item marked as FINAL SALE, discounted 25% or more (including the use of discount codes), or marked as non-returnable on the website cannot be returned. These items will be eligible for exchange or store credit only.

Holiday return policy: Any eligible items purchased after November 15th will be eligible for our extended holiday exchange policy. You will have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item for a credit card refund. You will have until January 15th, 2024 to exchange your item or process a store credit.
