Shipping

We ship internationally to customers worldwide.

Most orders are shipped within 2 business days of purchase, pending availability and credit verification. If an item is listed as Pre-Order on the product page, your order will ship within the estimated shipping window provided.

Once your order has shipped, we estimate delivery within 3–8 business days. International delivery times may vary depending on destination and customs processing. We work to ensure your order reaches you as quickly as possible.

Returns

We gladly accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

A return request must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date.

For returns from the United States, Europe, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, Mexico, Japan, and Korea, a prepaid return shipping label will be provided at no additional cost.

For returns from all other countries, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Once your return request has been submitted, you will receive return instructions and, where applicable, a prepaid shipping label via email. Return labels are valid for 7 days from the date they are issued. If your return is not shipped within this timeframe, the sale will be considered final and will no longer be eligible for a refund.

Products must be returned in their original, unused, unaltered, and unwashed condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.

Items discounted 25% or more are eligible for exchange only and cannot be returned for a refund. Items marked Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged.

APPARIS reserves the right to reject returns that do not comply with our return and exchange policy. Any non-compliant items received may be sent back to the original shipping address.

Once your return has been received and approved at our warehouse, please allow up to 5 business days for your refund to be processed.

To initiate a return, please visit our Returns Portal. Once you have completed the return process, you will receive a packing slip and, where eligible, a prepaid return label. Place the packing slip inside your package, attach the return label, and follow the provided instructions to ship your return.
