WHERE DO YOU SHIP?

- We ship to the continental U.S. at a flat shipping rate and overnight options.

- We can ship items directly from our office in France depending on to stock availability.

- We ship outside the U.S. at flat shipping rate. Please contact us for international shipping at info@apparis.com so we can find the best shipping option for your country.

- We are not liable for any import & customs fees. 

- We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes at this time.

 

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

iHOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY PACKAGE TO ARRIVE?

- Most orders are shipped from our New York City distribution center via USPS.

- Some orders are directly ship from our office in France via COLISSIMO INTERNATIONAL.

- For orders shipped directly from France, expect a delivery between 5 up to 14 business days, depending on orders. 

- For continental orders, expect a delivery between 2 up to 10 business days, depending on orders. 

- For international orders, expect a delivery between 5 up to 14 business days, depending on destination country. 

- Most orders are shipped the same business day if placed before noon Monday-Friday EST. Orders placed after noon or on the weekend and holidays will be processed the following business day.

 

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

The easiest way to return by mail is via USPS. Please contact us to request your pre-paid return label. The return shipping fee of $7.90 will automatically be deducted from your refund.

- International orders do not offer a free return policy. For more information, please contact us at info@apparis.com.

- We accept returns on full-price and sale merchandise for refund or store credit within 30 days from the date of purchase. Kindly note that our collections are produced in limited editions only, therefore we reserve the right to refuse merchandise returned past this limit.

- Refunds are made to the original method of payment for the amount paid minus shipping.

- Store credits are emailed in the form of a gift card for the total amount paid minus shipping. Gift cards never expire so feel free to use yours anytime!

- If you opt for a store credit, we are happy to extend a 15% off coupon for your next purchase on any full-price merchandise.

- Returned or exchanged products must be in their original condition, never worn, altered, or washed and with all original tags attached. Footwear returns must include the original shoe box in its original condition.

- All final sales are final and can’t be exchanged nor returned.

 

HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?

- Simply email or call us, and we will email you a free, printable return label. Enclose it in your package and schedule a pick up with USPS or drop off to a USPS location.  

- Once we receive your package, you will be sent an email notifying you that your return being processed. Most returns are processed within 5 days of being received.
