WHERE DO YOU SHIP?

- We ship to the continental U.S. and to all international destinations. We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes at this time.

 

iHOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY PACKAGE TO ARRIVE?

- Orders are shipped from our New York City distribution center via UPS.

- For domestic orders, expect a delivery between 2 up to 10 business days, 

- For international orders, expect a delivery between 5 up to 14 business days, depending on the destination country. 

- Most orders (excluding pre-orders) are shipped the same business day if placed before noon Monday-Friday EST. Orders placed after noon or on the weekend and holidays will be processed the following business day.

 

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

The easiest way to return by mail is via USPS. Please contact us to request your pre-paid return label. The return shipping fee of $7.90 will automatically be deducted from your refund

- We accept returns on full-price and sale merchandise for refund or store credit within 14 days from the date of purchase. Kindly note that our collections are produced in limited editions only, therefore we reserve the right to refuse merchandise returned past this limit.

- Refunds are made to the original method of payment for the amount paid minus return shipping.

- Store credits are emailed in the form of a gift card for the total amount paid minus shipping. Gift cards never expire.

- Returned or exchanged products must be in their original condition, never worn, altered, or washed and with all original tags attached. 

- All final sales are final and can’t be exchanged nor returned.

 

HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?

- Simply email or call us, and we will email you a free, printable return label. Enclose it in your package and schedule a pick up with USPS or drop off to a USPS location.  

- Once we receive your package, you will be sent an email notifying you that your return being processed. Most returns are processed within 5 days of being received.
