WHERE DO YOU SHIP?
- We ship to the continental U.S. and to a few international destinations (Europe, Canada, and Mexico.)
- We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes at this time.
- All prices are listed in USD. We recommend international customers check the current exchange rate to get the best idea of what the will be charged.
- International (non-US) customers are responsible for payment of any associated fees, customs, duties, and taxes.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY PACKAGE TO ARRIVE?
- Orders are shipped from our New York City distribution center via UPS.
- For domestic orders:
Ground: 2-5 business days
Second Day: 2-3 business days
Next Day: 1-2 business days
- For international orders, expect a delivery between 5 to 14 business days, depending on the destination country.
- Most orders (excluding pre-orders) are shipped the same business day if placed before noon Monday-Friday EST. Orders placed after noon or on the weekend and holidays will be processed the following business day.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
- Items with original tags that have not been worn, washed or altered may be returned and are subject to a $10.90 restocking fee which will be automatically deducted from your refund. Please contact us to request a pre-paid return label.
- We accept returns on all full-price and sale merchandise for refund or store credit within 14 days from the date it was delivered. Kindly note that our collections are produced in limited editions only, therefore we reserve the right to refuse merchandise returned past this limit.
- During the HOLIDAY SEASON we will be extending the return policy for purchases made during the month of December until January 15th.
- Refunds are applied to the original method of payment for the amount paid minus the restocking fee.
- Store credits are emailed in the form of a gift card for the total amount paid minus the restocking fee. Gift cards never expire.
- All final sales are final and can not be exchanged nor returned.

HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?
- Simply email or call us, and we will email you a printable return label. Enclose it in your package and schedule a pick up with UPS or drop off to a UPS location.
- Once we receive your package, you will be sent an email notifying you that your return is being processed. Most returns are processed within 5 days of being received.
HOW DO I MAKE AN EXCHANGE?
- We don’t offer an exchange service through our website apparis.com. To order a new size, style or color of your chosen item you have to place a new order through our online shop.
