2 cups white pastry flour (sub gf flour)
1 3/4 cups water
1/2 cup coconut oil
1 tbsp raw agave
4 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp vanilla
Serve with toppings of choice. Some of my favorites include: butter and apricot jam, nut butter and banana, Nutella and berries, sour cream and chives, or prosciutto and shredded Swiss/Brie
